January Mastermind Group with Rebecca Hendrix

Our Next Mastermind Group is starting January 25th and will meet every other Monday, a total of 5 sessions between January 25th and February 22nd. We meet for 2-2.5 hours each time. This group is limited to 5 members. This is a group for women with established businesses. This is not a group for those thinking of starting a business (our Incubator Workshop is perfect for you!) Members must be committed to moving forward, doing action steps, giving and receiving feedback from others and being accountable. This is a group where brainstorming occurs, insights are experienced and support is available. Negativity not allowed! You'll find my style as facilitator a mixture of coaching, therapy and helping to create a safe brain trust! As entrepreneurs, we cannot do it alone and research has shown that being part of a Mastermind group moves you forward in a consistent and effective way. We will meet in Fairfield.

About Rebecca Hendrix, group leader:

Rebecca comes from a family of entrepreneurs. She went to Sweet Briar College in Virginia and received an MBA from Thunderbird. She worked in public relations, marketing and merchandising for luxury retailers Tiffany & Co, Asprey and Ghurka for 12 years before leaving the corporate world in 2004. She started a pr and marketing consulting business but soon realized she wanted to pursue a life long dream and transition into a new career as a psychotherapist and coach. She obtained a Master's in Spiritual Psychology and Counseling Psychology from the University of Santa Monica in CA, and a coaching degree from the Coaches Training Institute. After becoming licensed as a psychotherapist in New York in 2007, she found Ladies Who Launch. "I got stuck when trying to market myself! I had spent years marketing the most well known products in the world, but when it came to marketing me, I found myself doing laundry, Home-Depot runs, ANYTHING but focusing on starting my private practice! I had heard about Ladies Who Launch but convinced myself I should be able to do it on my own. I later learned this is the cardinal mistake women business owners make! After I participated in an Incubator workshop in NYC, everything started to fall into place. Something magical occurred - and I felt for the first time in my life, I was 'in the flow' of my life and living it on purpose." 

Shortly thereafter, Rebecca became a Ladies Who Launch leader and brought Ladies Who Launch to Fairfield County. She splits her time between her private practice in NYC where she specializes in working with couples and individuals using Imago Therapy and her home in Fairfield, where she runs Ladies Who Launch and conducts Mastermind groups, gives Ladies Who Launch Incubator workshops, and other groups and one on one coaching to assist women to make their dreams a reality. 

Rebecca has lived and worked in Paris, Venezuela, Costa Rica and Switzerland. She has volunteered with the New York Coalition for the Homeless and Samaritans Crisis Hotline. In addition to seeing clients on a one on one basis, she often lectures at corporations and private organizations on topics such as managing stress, work life balance, career transition, creating fulfillment at work, forgiveness, "Creating the Life You Want," "Getting Unstuck" and "Creating The Ideal Relationship." She has been a guest speaker at Morgan Stanley, Boehringer-Ingelheim, SIRVA and SUNY Medical Center and The Lodge At Woodloch, a luxury health spa in Hawley, Pennsylvania.
